,When you make a time capsule, you record information and select items that are important to you, then put them away in a container and only open it when you are much older. The joy of a time capsule is that when you do finally open it, you will be able to connect with your past in meaningful way! We have commissioned Gillian Hibbs, author/illustrator of ERROL'S GARDEN to create five fun-filled worksheets just for you and your time capsule! You might also like to add a note about when you are allowed to open it. For example: DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2030! TIP: Make sure there is nothing with any moisture inside your box and store it somewhere dark. Over time, sunlight can bleach paper so make sure your capsule isn't stored in a sunny location.
